Day 1, Week 2
Hangs on the power snatches and squat snatches instead of pulling from the floor.
So far I’m digging this program. Definitely recommend it.
Mid-shin to pause x 6 reps
Mid-shin to snatch pull x 6 reps
Mid-shin to power snatch x 6 reps
Mid-shin to squat snatch x 6 reps
Overhead squat x 6 reps
* Start sets with just the bar and work 2 or 3 sets climbing to no more than 50% of bodyweight. Goal is PERFECT form on every movement.
